Is Shipping Free?

Yes! We offer free shipping across India.

There are no standard shipping charges on prepaid orders. However, additional COD (Cash on Delivery) charges may apply when you choose the Cash on Delivery payment option.

Shipping Time

Orders are generally delivered within 5–8 working days across India after your order is confirmed and payment is received.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, weekends, public holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Processing Time

We generally require 2–3 working days to process and prepare your order for dispatch.

In most cases, we aim to ship orders on the same day or the next working day after order confirmation and payment.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

As a general guideline, please allow approximately 7–10 working days for processing, dispatch, and delivery.

Please note that the actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination and courier service.

What Happens If My Order Is Delayed, Returned, or Lost?

All orders are shipped through insured courier services for added protection.

Once your order has been dispatched, it is handled by our courier and delivery partners. While we cannot control delays or issues that may occur during transit, we will do our best to assist you.

If your order is lost in transit, returned to us, or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery period, please contact us at support@favism.in.

After we verify the shipment status with the courier, we will arrange an appropriate resolution. For an eligible lost shipment covered by our shipping insurance, we may arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution.
